Paul W. Goldstein joined the Office of Planning in September 2007.  He has previously worked as an attorney in both the public and private sectors.  He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, a law degree from the University of Virginia, and a master of city planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
