Travis Parker Development Review Specialist Travis Parker, AICP, spent three years as a development review planner working with the unique planning and zoning issues of Loudoun County, VA before coming to work for the Office of Planning. Previously, he had specialized in zoning and long-range planning at positions in Iowa and Indiana. He holds a bachelor's degree in community and regional planning from Iowa State University and a master's degree in public administration from George Washington University.
