Anne Brockett Architectural Historian
Anne Brockett is an architectural historian in the Historic Preservation Office (HPO) specializing in the review of projects in the Kalorama Triangle and Washington Heights, and Takoma Park neighborhoods. Her duties at HPO also include review of federal projects proposed for the Washington Navy Yard and FCC. Ms. Brockett serves as the HPO’s coordinator for federal rehabilitation tax credit and easement projects. Prior to joining the HPO in 2004, she served for three years as an architectural historian for URS Corporation, and one year as a preservation planner for the City of Rockville, MD. Ms. Brockett has a BA in Art History and Archaeology from the University of Maryland (1993) and an MS in Historic Preservation from the University of Oregon (2002). |
