C. Andrew Lewis Senior Historic Preservation Specialist   Andrew Lewis is a senior preservation specialist for the Historic Preservation Office (HPO). Mr. Lewis has more than a decade of experience in reviewing projects pursuant to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and related state and federal laws, regulations and policies.  He gained his experience through prior employment with the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, The Maryland State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and the Department of the Navy's Cultural Resources Program.  He also gained other preservation-related experience during his tenure with the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Florida SHPO.  Mr. Lewis holds a MS in Urban & Regional Planning from Florida State University (1991) and a BA in History from the University of Florida (1988).
