Joyetta Delaney Staff Assistant   Joyetta Delaney is the Staff Assistant for the Office of Planning's Historic Preservation Office and Development Review Division.  Ms. Delaney previously worked as the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Director of the International County Management Association and as the Executive Assistant to the Principal at the Duke Ellington School of Arts.  Joy is a native Washingtonian; she and her family live in the U Street Historic District.
