Stephen Varga Development Review Specialist   Stephen Varga, AICP is a Development Review Specialist in the Office of Planning.  Stephen is responsible for reviewing development projects and the comprehensive review of the zoning regulations for the District of Columbia.  Prior to joining OP in March 2008, he worked as a Zoning Evaluation Specialists for Fairfax County, Virginia.  Stephen obtained a bachelor degree in Journalism/Public Relations and a Master Degree in City Planning from the Ohio State University.
